I built things. I carried them alone. Now I carry them with you.
I built businesses and sat with that silence. Now I sit with founders who refuse to carry it alone.

I know what it feels like to be lost in your own thoughts. To doubt your own decisions, and to question the whole existence of your business.
Not because I read about it. Because I lived it. I built businesses. I did build with a team, and I did build alone. I had co-founders’ conflicts at times, and I had my own internal conflicts making high-stakes decisions with no thinking partner at other times. I hired coaches who had never started anything. I paid consultants who delivered a deck and disappeared before the ink dried. I sat in rooms full of advisors who gave me frameworks when what I needed was someone who could look me in the eye and tell me what they actually saw.
That person didn’t exist. So, I became them.
What this is
Basha Business is not a coaching practice. I don’t ask you to set goals and hold you accountable. I won’t shower you with templates and frameworks.
What I do is simple and rare. I hold your full context: your business, your decisions, your weight. And I stay. I show up every week. I tell you the truth. I challenge you when you need it, and I sit with you when the challenge is just the loneliness itself.
I don’t believe in one size that fits all. Each business is unique as its founders. Each founder will get my full attention personalized to their specific needs.
Small by design
I work with a small number of founders at a time. Not because I’m trying to be exclusive, but because genuine presence requires it. You can’t hold someone’s full context if you’re juggling twenty clients. The cap is the product.
I am multi-cultural, and I take pleasure working with founders from diverse backgrounds.
The full journey
I cover the full journey. If you don’t know what to build yet, I help you find it. If you know what to build but can’t do it alone, I build it with you. If you’re already building and need honest direction, I give it. If you’re building and the weight is too much to carry alone, I stay beside you.
Full journey. One practitioner. The same person from the first call to the long road.
Why I built this
I built Basha Business as I know that in practice it’s not strategy, funding, or timing that causes founders to fail; it is isolation when doing it alone, and co-founder conflicts when doing it with a team, and I refuse to watch it keep happening when I believe I know how to solve it.
What I believe
The principles behind this practice.
Honesty over Comfort
I tell you what I see, not what you want to hear. If your idea is wrong, I’ll say it. If your plan has a hole, I’ll point at it. You deserve directness, not diplomacy.
Relationship First
This is not a coach to client relationship; it is a founder to founder. You’re not my customer. You are my friend and I want to see you succeed. Your success is mine.
Value-centric
I focus on value analysis in my methodology. Identify and optimize value to stakeholders. Once value is crafted to perfection, money will follow.
Co-creation
This is your business, that I am building it with you. It is a collaborative approach that we could get other business stakeholders in it to ensure value is created successfully for all.
Constant Improvements (Kaizen)
Things might be messy at first, but this is why I am here with you. Things will get clearer with time, and from there it will only get better. I believe in optimization and continuous small improvements.
Personal Attention
I only work with a limited number of founders at a time. I ensure I have enough focus and attention to carry on productively. Each founder gets my dedicated personal attention specific to their needs.
