Crafted for Founders
You don’t have to build alone.
Most people have ideas. Few build. Fewer survive. I sit with founders at every stage, from the first spark to the long road.
Where are you right now?
Everyone is somewhere different. Find your starting point:
What this is
Not a Coach. Not a Consultant.
A Partner That Stays.
Coaches ask how you feel.
Consultants deliver a deck and disappear.
Mentors show up for coffee once a month.
I do something different.
I sit with the full mess of building a company. The decisions, the pressure, the parts you don’t say out loud.
I hold your full context. And I stay. Week after week. Not because you need hand-holding, but because building alone is the reason founders fail.
No one else has built a practice around that problem.
I have.
I am not here to tell you that your idea is ‘nice’. I am here to tell you if it is Viable, Scalable, and Yours. If it isn’t, we fix the architecture. If it can’t be fixed, we mine a better one. This is the way to beat the 90% failure rate.
About Basha
I built the thing I needed the most.
I have built businesses. I sat at midnight with the weight of a vision and no one to pressure-test the logic against.
In the process, I hired the coaches who had never laid a brick. I paid the consultants who disappeared the moment the invoice was cleared. I realized that the market is full of “advice” but empty of context.
I built Basha Business because the thing I needed most as a founder didn’t exist: someone sharp, honest, and present. Not for a session. Not for a project. For the long road.
How it works
Three steps. One partner.
- 1
Book a call
A free, honest conversation to understand where you are and what you need.
- 2
Choose your path
Idea Mining, Idea Crystallization, or Strategic Companionship.
- 3
Build with a partner
I stay with you. Week after week. From the first call to the long road.
What Founders Say
Words from people I’ve worked with
I just received funding for my smart chip business idea. Apparently, being good at building the product doesn’t equate to being good at building the business. I hated to admit that I needed a business partner. Now, I am focused on building the product, and Basha is acting as the business partner.
I would have never guessed that after reaching my 60 years of age, I will find my business idea. Basha has given it to me, and now I am an entrepreneur.
Basha created a solid roadmap for us to enter the private sector market. He understood who we are, and what we want, and he planned accordingly.
I had 50,000 euros saved, and I wanted to invest it in a successful business for my family. Basha drafted the plan for us. He took into consideration my own personal situation, and made sure my brother has a place in the business.
Creating a business in Indonesia isn’t as easy as I thought. I was all over the place, wasting a lot of money till I met Basha. He organized things very well, and I am saving money because of him.
My online business was on the shelf. I had given up hope on its success. Basha revived it. He showed me a better way of doing it without burning out or having unrealistic expectations. Now it is alive again, and growing sustainably.
The first step is a conversation.
No commitment. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a call to see if we’re right for each other.
