Free Growth Diagnosis · A language academy in Amman

“Why do people enquire, and then not enrol?”

The academy is well liked and gets steady enquiries. Enrolments haven't grown in two years. This page looks at what a new student sees before they decide, and where they drop off.

What I found

Google rating4.8 stars from 210 reviews, the second most-reviewed language school in its area
WebsiteLists courses but no schedule, no prices and no way to book a placement test
Phone and WhatsAppTwo different numbers on Google and Instagram; the Instagram one goes unanswered after 6 pm
PricesNot published. "Price" appears in a third of Google's suggested searches for the school
Social media8,000 Instagram followers; posts are mostly holiday greetings, few show students or results
AI answersNamed 4th when asked for the best English course in Amman, described only as "a smaller center"

What is really going on

The reputation is working; the path to enrolling is not. A student who likes what they hear has to call during office hours, ask the price, and wait to be told when the next course starts. Each step loses people, and the ones who leave go to schools that answer those questions on the page.

The first three moves

  1. 01

Publish a schedule and a starting price

One page with the next three course start dates, levels and "from" prices. Parents and adult learners compare on price before they call; a missing price sends them to the school that shows one.

  2. 02

Make the free placement test the main offer

Put it on Google, Instagram and the website, bookable in one WhatsApp message to one number. Track tests booked, tests taken and students enrolled each week.

  3. 03

    Show students, not holidays

Two short posts a week: a student before and after a course, in their own words. It gives AI assistants and parents something real to repeat.

Which Fix would help

The Front Door Fix: schedule, prices and test booking on one page, one number everywhere, and a weekly tracker from enquiry to enrolment. Two to three weeks, $2,000. The three moves above can also be done without me.
